“ Great place to stop right off the interstate. We went in for lunch and it was very busy, but we were able to get a seat right away without a reservation. My friend and I each ordered something different and both liked what we got. The service was friendly. We even saw a group that works at another restaurant (their name tags) eating lunch there! ”

“ We had a great dinner at Cactus Flower! We had heard from friends that Cactus Flower was some of the best Mexican food in Pueblo, and the food and service definitely lived up to the hype! Our server, Lucas, gave us some of the best service we have had in a long time! When we pulled up the parking lot was pretty packed but we were seated immediately and were greeted by our server very quickly. The chips were warm and fresh and the salsa was very good with just a little kick. The Chimichangas and Chicken & Cream Cheese Enchiladas were delicious and the refried beans and Spanish rice were top notch. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back in the future when we are in Pueblo! ”
